Typically, orders are shipped within 1-7 business days after purchase. Since KraftsForACause bows are 100% handmade, shipping delays are possible. KraftsForACause will make best effort(s) to communicate potential delays. Items shipped will be sent via USPS First Class. Once you receive a tracking number, it can take a day or two to update. If at all there is a delay in your tracking, contact USPS, as once it leaves KraftsForACause, USPS is the only one who can track it effectively. Please contact us if there are any issues, and we'll do our best to help in any way possible.

The customer is responsible for making sure the correct address is entered during checkout. KraftsForACause will always ship to the address provided at checkout, and will not be responsible for packages shipping to an incorrect address. Any order that is returned to KraftsForACause due to an incorrect address will be subject to additional postage charge to send it back to the correct address.

Everything is made to order. Unfortunately, returns, refunds and/or exchanges are not accepted. Please make sure you check your order and be certain before ordering.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, all accessories must be handled with care, and normal wear and tear is expected. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty on arrival, an exchange/refund may be issued after an email is sent with photos.

Any order related questions or concerns must be sent via email.

Please do not leave babies and young children unattended with KraftsForACause products. Please remove all products and packaging if the child is left unattended or sleeping. All items are secure, but due to the handmade nature of the bows and accessories they may come loose and become a choking hazard, particularly with embellished accessories. You are responsible for your own child's safety.
